The terms that apply when you use this website or ask Doubleway Logistics for a quote or service. Last updated 24 October 2026.
This website is run by DOUBLEWAY LOGISTICS LTD, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9161673) and based in Lagos. You can reach us at info@doublewaylogistics.com or +234 703 623 4403.
The information on this website is general and is provided to help you understand our services. It is not legal, tax or customs advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but regulations, charges and timelines in shipping change often, so please confirm details with us before relying on them.
Transit times shown on this website are typical ranges, not guarantees.
A booking is confirmed when we agree it with you in writing, including by email or WhatsApp. The specific terms in your booking confirmation, together with the terms of the carriers and other parties involved in moving your goods, apply to that shipment. If there is a conflict, your booking confirmation takes priority over these website terms.
When you ask us to handle goods, you agree to:
You are responsible for costs, delays or penalties that result from inaccurate information, missing documents or prohibited goods.
Payment terms are agreed for each shipment and stated on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, charges are payable in naira. Duties and third-party charges may need to be paid before goods can be released.
Shipping depends on many parties. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, port or airport congestion, vessel or flight changes, customs examinations or holds, government action, strikes, civil unrest or failures of third-party systems. We will keep you informed and do what we reasonably can to limit the impact.
Our liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited as set out in your booking confirmation and by the terms and liability limits of the carriers involved. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or market. We strongly recommend insuring valuable goods; ask us if you would like help arranging cover.
If goods arrive damaged or short, please tell us in writing as soon as possible, and within any time limit stated in your booking confirmation, so we can raise a claim with the responsible party.
